…with over 250-member companies.
Viberate joined EEA as a representative of the music and live entertainment sector, to look for partnerships with existing members and to exchange knowledge and experience in implementing the blockchain into their business model. Their token for the live music industry, VIB, is already widely adopted and used on the platform to reward contributing users and the
company has more ambitious plans with it, including implementing it into the artist booking process. VIB is trading on world’s biggest exchanges such as Bittrex, Binance, OKEx and many more.
The company’s CEO and co-founder Matej Gregorcic says: “We at Viberate aim to introduce a standard for exploring the world of live music and offer its stakeholders a platform to do business, using an array of useful features on and off the blockchain.’
That is why it’s so important that we acknowledge and support other organizations that strive towards introducing a standard and Enterprise Ethereum Alliance managed to do that for the blockchain community. We like to learn from organizations and people with a proven track record and looking at existing members of EEA I can rest assured that there is knowledge to beshared across the board.”
About the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance
The EEA is an industry-supported, not-for- profit established to build, promote, and broadly support Ethereum-based technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures. The EEA is helping to evolve Ethereum into an enterprise-grade technology, providing research and development in a range of areas, including privacy,
confidentiality, scalability, and security.
The EEA is also investigating hybrid architectures that span both permissioned and
public Ethereum networks as well as industry-specific application layer working groups.
EEA will collectively develop open industry standards and facilitate collaboration with its member base and is open to any members of the Ethereum community who wish to participate. This open-source framework will enable the mass adoption at a depth and breadth otherwise unachievable in individual corporate silos and provide insight to the future of scalability, privacy, and confidentiality of the public Ethereum permissionless network.
