Securitize Launches High-Yield Bonds Across 4 Public Blockchains

Securitize is pushing deeper into tokenized credit with a new fund that brings Neuberger’s fixed-income expertise onto public blockchain networks.

The Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC), will invest primarily in high-yield bonds. It can also allocate to income-producing assets such as collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans.

The launch marks Neuberger’s first role as subadvisor to a tokenized fund. The investment manager oversees more than $230 billion across its fixed-income platform.

“This tokenized fund brings Neuberger’s established fixed income capabilities to public blockchains,” Securitize co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo said.

HINC Targets Institutional Credit Demand Onchain

HINC will be issued across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui, giving eligible investors access through four public networks.

Neuberger will handle portfolio management and research, while Securitize Capital will serve as investment adviser. Securitize Markets will offer interests in the fund, with other affiliates providing tokenization, administration and operational services.

Anil Abraham, Neuberger’s head of product management, said the firm is extending its “process-driven, actively managed approach to qualified investors looking to access fixed income strategies on-chain.”

The structure reflects a broader shift in tokenization. Early products focused heavily on Treasury bills and money-market funds. Asset managers are now experimenting with higher-yielding credit products that traditionally require more complex underwriting and portfolio management.

HINC will be limited to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers. Access is also subject to know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, jurisdictional restrictions, and applicable securities rules.

Securitize Expands After Public Market Debut

The launch comes shortly after Securitize entered the public markets. The company began trading on July 2, becoming the first firm to debut its shares simultaneously on the New York Stock Exchange and onchain.

Securitize reported record Q1 revenue of $19.5 million, up nearly 40% from a year earlier. Tokenized assets under management reached $3.4 billion.

The Neuberger partnership broadens that platform beyond tokenized cash and government securities. By putting high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and CLO exposure onchain, Securitize is testing whether blockchain infrastructure can support more complex segments of institutional credit.

The important shift is not simply that another fund has been tokenized. It is that increasingly sophisticated investment strategies are beginning to move onto the same rails that first brought treasuries and money-market products onchain.
